Terms of service
Last updated October 22, 2026.
By using MyResumeStarter at myresumestarter.com, you agree to these terms.
The service
We provide a tool to write and preview a résumé, and paid downloads of that résumé as Word and PDF files. Building and previewing is free.
Your account
Keep your login details private and give accurate information. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
You own what you write. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. Don't submit anything unlawful or that you don't have the right to use.
Payments
Downloads cost $4.99 (USD) per résumé, paid once through Shopify. All sales are final and no refunds are offered; see our refund policy.
No guarantees
We work hard to make a helpful tool, but we can't guarantee any job, school or program outcome. The service is provided "as is", and to the extent allowed by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
Changes
We may update the service or these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
